In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, mep, mep-photography” refers to mep Photography

PRICES
mep Photography reserve the right to change any prices without notice, at any time prior to the formation of a contract. Prices on this site include VAT at 17.5%, A full VAT receipt will be issued with all purchases.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by all of the major credit and debit cards. as well as by PayPal Account. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account when paying by credit / debit card, but you will be offered the option to do so if you wish. When using our checkout system, your personal information (name, address, email etc) will be handled by GlobeCharge's Secure Payment Gateway (128 bit encryption, look out for the padlock and certificate icons) this information will then be transmitted securely to us for the purpose of invoicing, and delivery. mep abides by the Data Protection Act, and will not sell or freely disclose this information to any other parties. When you have entered your personal details, GlobeCharge's payment Gateway will forward the page to PayPal's Secure Payment Page where you will enter your credit / debit card information. mep Photography will not have access to this information at all.

DELIVERY
mep Photography aim to deliver your order within the time-frame specified at checkout. We will make every effort to full-fill your order within this time-frame, (or if no timeframe has been specified, within a reasonable period of time) but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. In this case we will contact you, and deliver your order as soon as is reasonably possible.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Under Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days, from when your order is delivered, to cancel the order. You must notify us of your intention to cancel your order in writing within these 7 days. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods during this period. We are required to refund you in full within 30 days, after we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility. We advise you to use a secure/insured method of delivery for the return of the products (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as items that are lost or damaged whilst in your care, are your responsibility.

There are certain circumstances where we do not have to give you the above cancellation rights. These include any goods made or supplied to your personal specifications, such as personally designed frames.

If you find your goods to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, we will (subject to confirmation of the fault) exchange the goods or refund you in full.

Please call or e-mail for a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) before sending any product back. Your RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, and on a slip of paper inside of the package with the product (Please do not mark the actual product or product packaging).

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
All Orders are subject to these terms.
You agree that you shall not use the Web site for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Web site in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Web site. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Web site or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.

You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

MODIFICATION
We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. mep Photography have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
mep Photography and its suppliers’ liability shall not in any event include losses related to any business of the Customer such as data loss, lost profits of business interruption.

COPYRIGHT
All intellectual property of mep Photography such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Web site remain the property of mep Photography
By using the Web site you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of mep Photography and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Web site. mep Photography do reserve the right to use any images we take for display purposes, and for the general promotion of mep Photography.

DISCLAIMERS
The information is provided on the understanding that the Web site is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Web site and cannot provide any representation that using the Web site will be error free.

THIRD PARTIES
The Web site may contain hyperlinks to web sites operated by other parties. We do not control such web sites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such web sites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such web sites

SEVERANCE
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Relevant United Kingdom Law will apply to this agreement and the relevant Courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Agreement.
